After many years of working for multinational haircare companies, Tony and Carmen Rigney’s dream was to have an Australian owned and made haircare company. They came up with the idea to distinguish their product from others with the aqua ingredient. They wanted the range to be good quality and affordable. In 2006 John Cash joined the company, adding his marketing and product development skills.
